① 姓名。介紹自己姓名時(shí)，發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)。

② 年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am ***, ** years old)。

我一直有「要么不做，要么做到最好的執(zhí)念，所以在面試前會(huì)提前做很多準(zhǔn)備，這些準(zhǔn)備可能跟自我介紹關(guān)系不大，但是的確可以增加面試成功率

1.外表避免弱點(diǎn)

面試的成功率其實(shí)很大部分取決于hr的"好感度"。也就是所謂的"第一印象"。所以在我們面試前，必須確保自己的形象滿分。

面試必須正裝出席，這個(gè)不難理解，建議男生去定制一套好點(diǎn)的西裝，這個(gè)很重要。如果你的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件比較差，至少也要保證西裝合適。我發(fā)現(xiàn)在面試中，很多男生的西裝都太長(zhǎng)，這樣就顯得很丑了

另外，要適當(dāng)?shù)娜趸愕娜秉c(diǎn)，例如人長(zhǎng)得矮小，就墊個(gè)內(nèi)增高。瘦就穿有墊肩的西裝，這些都能很好的弱化缺點(diǎn)

1.基本介紹

這個(gè)是自我介紹的第一步，也就是每個(gè)人都需要的，介紹自我的一些基本情況，具體模板為：大家好，我叫xx，來自xx大學(xué)xx專業(yè)，今天面試的崗位為xx

2.突出自身特點(diǎn)

我們?cè)囅胍幌?，有些熱門公司的hr每天面試幾百人，如果你的自我介紹平淡無奇，那么又如何能在hr心中留下深刻的印象呢？

當(dāng)年，在我面試銀行的時(shí)候，都有群面的環(huán)節(jié)，所以我能聽到很多人的自我介紹，我發(fā)現(xiàn)基本上每個(gè)人在自我介紹時(shí)都會(huì)提起自己擔(dān)任過「班干部/xx部部長(zhǎng)/xx協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，其實(shí)這樣的效果非常差

大多數(shù)人都有，就不叫特點(diǎn)

所以我一直建議大學(xué)生去做一些特別的事情，不一定要跟學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)，最主要是「別人做不到，而我做到了，這就容易給hr留下深刻印象

例如，我每次自我介紹一定會(huì)提到兩點(diǎn)：1.騎單車去過西藏，2.健身照上過雜志。其實(shí)這兩個(gè)特點(diǎn)與我面試的崗位一點(diǎn)關(guān)系都沒有，但是每當(dāng)我說出這兩個(gè)例子時(shí)，hr都會(huì)很好奇的問我相關(guān)問題，屢次不爽。

而且，有些事情是可以「適當(dāng)吹噓的，例如我健身照的確是上過雜志《健與美》，但是那只是"讀者投稿"欄目的，是我主動(dòng)投的，難度不大。但是我在面試的時(shí)候沒必要說出來呀，因?yàn)槲业恼掌拇_是登上了雜志，只是我沒說具體怎么登罷了

記住，適當(dāng)吹噓的前提是：「你對(duì)這件事的確很熟悉，只是沒達(dá)到這個(gè)效果，如果你是虛構(gòu)的，而hr好奇問你，你回答不出來的話，那就很尷尬了

4.往崗位需求靠攏

每個(gè)崗位都有自己的需求，例如銷售更需要外向有資源的人，網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司更需要實(shí)操過網(wǎng)絡(luò)項(xiàng)目的人，服務(wù)業(yè)更需要脾氣好的人。這些崗位都有很明確的招人需求。
